Employee Benefits

Succession & Retirement Planning

Benefits are one of the single greatest capital expenditures most companies face. With health insurance consuming an ever-larger portion of overhead, fiscally responsible employers are concerned with cost containment. At Progressive Financial Concepts, we pride ourselves on our ability to design programs to provide the proper levels of coverage for the most economical price. Too often, employee benefits are seen as a commodity and pricing as the only decision factor.

In our capacity as an extension of your benefits administration staff, PFC begins with an examination of programs in place, then identifies strengths, inefficiencies and possible areas of regulatory non-compliance. We evaluate different plans and funding alternatives, negotiate with carriers, and deliver a summary of recommended plan provisions, cost and benefits. Many times, our recommendations will result in improving tax efficiency of existing plans, making benefits more meaningful to the recipient. Once the plan is chosen, we assist with the myriad details involved in implementation and administration. We recommend and spearhead methods for proper communication with employees to ensure that they appreciate the benefits of the plan and use it most effectively. In short, you can hand us a problem with complete confidence that we will find the best solution - and that we will handle ongoing administration thoroughly and efficiently.

Benefit decisions should not be a bidding process among equal choices because consultants and brokers are not equal. Could your company benefit from the added value we offer?
